The Role
This position involves managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy transactions and shared ownership schemes.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality client service while contributing to the continued growth of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
*Handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload with autonomy
*Ensuring clients are kept well-informed and receive an excellent standard of care
*Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively within a friendly, experienced team
*Assisting with client matters allocated by the Partner overseeing the department
*Ensuring confidentiality and compliance in line with the firm’s policies and regulatory standards
*Supervising and supporting junior staff where required
*Taking part in business development and networking opportunities
*Engaging with ongoing training and personal development

About you
You will be:
*An experienced residential conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive with the ability to manage your own caseload
*Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
*A confident communicator with a strong focus on client care
*Well-organised, proactive and adaptable
*Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
*Interested in personal development and building long-term client relationships
