I am working with a leading organisation in the professional services sector who is seeking an experienced EMEA Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and demand across the EMEA region. This position will adapt global marketing strategies for local relevance and support both corporate-led campaigns and local partner initiatives.
Fluency in Italian is essential, as the position involves collaboration with stakeholders and partners across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
** Localise and implement global marketing strategies for EMEA.
** Develop and manage the regional marketing calendar.
** Provide marketing guidance and toolkits for local partners.
** Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, direct marketing).
** Create and localise content for EMEA audiences.
** Manage event and webinar marketing for the region.
** Act as the primary marketing contact for EMEA leadership and partners.
** Collaborate with consultants and agencies to deliver high-quality materials.
** Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
** Ensure brand compliance across all activities.
** Manage the EMEA marketing budget and track ROI.
** Approve supplier and agency costs.
What we need from you:
** 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services or consultancy.
** Strong campaign management skills across multiple channels.
** Experience working across multiple countries and cultures in EMEA.
** Fluent in Italian and English.
** Proficiency in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email platforms, CRM systems, Adobe Suite).
** Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. You will need to drive to this role so please only apply if you have the Italian language needed and have a full UK drivers license and car.
