Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual SEND profiles

* Adapt curriculum content and learning materials to meet a wide range of needs

* Provide a nurturing, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

* Support pupils with personal care, physical needs, or medical routines where required

* Develop and deliver targeted interventions for communication, social skills, literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulation

* Collaborate closely with the SENCO, support staff, therapists, and multi-agency teams

* Monitor progress against EHCP outcomes and contribute to reviews and assessments

* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and families

We Are Looking For Someone Who: * Is an experienced SEN Teacher with strong knowledge of SEND strategies

* Is confident supporting pupils with personal care

* Has experience with autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or complex learning difficulties

* Demonstrates calm, nurturing behaviour management and a child-centred approach

* Can adapt teaching creatively to engage pupils working at a variety of levels

* Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with staff, families, and professionals

* Is resilient, reflective, and committed to inclusive education
