Key Responsibilities * Provide classroom support to teachers across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

* Assist in preparing learning materials and setting up classroom activities

* Support pupils during independent, group, and whole-class tasks

* Help maintain positive behaviour and promote a calm, purposeful atmosphere

* Offer additional support to pupils who need extra help accessing the curriculum

* Supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes, or school events as required

* Contribute to the organisation of learning environments and resources

* Support assessment by observing and feeding back on pupil engagement and progress

We Are Looking For Someone Who: * Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting

* Is patient, supportive, and committed to helping pupils succeed

* Works well as part of a team and communicates confidently

* Can follow teacher guidance while also using their own initiative

* Is adaptable, reliable, and able to remain calm in busy situations

* Is enthusiastic about contributing to school life and pupil wellbeing

* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
