Key Responsibilities * Provide effective classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

* Assist in delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions

* Support teachers in preparing and adapting learning materials

* Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

* Work with pupils with SEND, providing tailored support where needed

* Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment

* Supervise pupils during break, lunch, or school activities as required

* Contribute to assessment through observation and feedback

We Are Looking For Someone Who: * Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

* Has experience supporting children in a school setting

* Is patient, nurturing, and committed to helping children succeed

* Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team

* Can use initiative, stay calm under pressure, and follow school procedures

* Is enthusiastic about contributing to all aspects of school life
