Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire and challenge pupils

* Assess, track, and report on progress to ensure every child makes strong progress

* Differentiate learning effectively to meet a range of needs, including SEND

* Establish a safe, positive, and respectful classroom culture

* Work closely with colleagues on curriculum development and year-group planning

* Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and the wider community

* Contribute to school events, enrichment opportunities, and wider responsibilities
