Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, as required

* Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions to accelerate progress

* Assist teachers in planning and adapting learning activities to meet individual needs

* Support pupils with SEND and those requiring additional pastoral or behavioural support

* Contribute to the creation of a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment

* Promote positive behaviour and model the school’s values at all times

* Support assessment by observing, recording, and feeding back on pupil progress

* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals

* Assist with supervision during breaktimes, lunchtime, or school activities when required

We Are Looking For Someone Who: * Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

* Has experience supporting pupils across primary age ranges

* Demonstrates strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

* Is patient, nurturing, and committed to inclusive practice

* Is confident supporting pupils with SEND, including those with speech and language, SEMH, autism, or learning needs

* Can use initiative and remain calm under pressure

* Is enthusiastic about contributing to whole-school life
