5 days @ 7/8 hours a day
The Role
We’re recruiting a Temporary Maintenance Operative to support a busy accommodation site in London W10
You’ll be the go-to person for general maintenance tasks, helping to keep the property safe, tidy and fully operational.
Key Duties
*Carrying out day-to-day repairs and minor maintenance tasks
*Responding to maintenance tasks promptly and effectively
*Basic plumbing, electrical and joinery work (as appropriate to skillset)
*Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
*Supporting site staff with setup or emergency works when needed
About You
*Previous maintenance or handyman experience is essential
*Confident using basic tools and equipment
*Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
*Health & safety aware and customer focused
*Available for immediate start and happy to work full-time

*Pay: up to £14.50 per hour (weekly pay)
*Start: ASAP
*Duration: approx 2/3 weeks
