Fire Marshal
London
£12.25 - 13.85 /hour - day and night shifts available
We are currently looking for Fire Marshals to work at a large and bustling residential development in East London. This is a patrolling role so you must be physically fit and willing to patrol a large space on a regular basis.
We are looking to speak with individuals who hold a current in date Fire Marshal certificate or alternatively SIA licensed guards willing to train as a fire marshal.
Key responsibilities.
*Monitor alarm systems / CCTV and operate detecting / emergency equipment
*Patrol all areas of the building on a regular basis
*Manage incidents as they arise
*Undertake any other reasonable security functions as required
*Make sure all fire exits, stairwells and corridors are clear from hazardous materials
*Ensure a safe, efficient evacuation
*Assess fire risks.
About you.
*Alert, level-headed, customer focused individual
*Great attitude and willingness to learn
*Strong communication skills
*Fire safety qualified
*Physically fit and willing to patrol a large site very regularly
*Minimum of 2 years references
*Valid Fire Marshal certificate
