Job Description:
Warehouse Operative – Brackmills, Northampton
Pay: £12.46 per hour
Shifts: 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm
Start Date: Monday 24/11/2025
Contract: Temporary
Join a busy, friendly team in Brackmills! We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives who are reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running.
What you’ll do:
*Pick, pack, and despatch orders accurately
*Use PDA devices for picking and booking goods
*Process orders following client instructions
*Keep the warehouse clean and organised
*Report any risks or product issues immediately
*Monitor stock of packaging and materials
*Help improve processes and meet performance targets
*Pack and dispatch orders, select carriers, and produce shipping labels
*Follow all health and safety procedures

*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Team player with a proactive attitude
