Job Title: Offshore Geotechnical Engineer
Location: Norwich
Salary: £35,000

My client is looking for a motivated Offshore Geotechnical Engineer to join their team in Norwich. You will work for a respected consultancy involved in a wide range of exciting offshore and marine projects, including renewable energy developments, subsea infrastructure, and coastal engineering works.
As an Offshore Geotechnical Engineer, you will be involved in a variety of responsibilities, including:
*Supporting offshore site investigation campaigns
*Preparing offshore geotechnical reports, including Phase 1 and 2 assessments
*Supervising offshore and nearshore fieldwork
*Conducting geohazard and risk assessments
*Assisting with foundation design input for offshore structures
*Reviewing laboratory and in-situ test results
*Guiding graduate engineers and working closely with clients and project teams

Essential Criteria:
*Degree in Geology or a related geoscience discipline
*Based within a commutable distance of Norwich
*Experience producing factual geotechnical reports
*Interpretative reporting experience (desirable)
*Strong leadership and communication skills
