Accounts Payable Assistant
*Annual Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (£13.33 - £14.36 per hour)
*Location: Ipswich, UK
*Job Type: Full-time
Join one of the leading facilities management companies in the UK, renowned for delivering innovative, award-winning services across various sectors including facilities management, hard services, cleaning, security, and catering. We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance department, which plays a crucial role in supporting the wider group and our front-line colleagues.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Process high-volume supplier and subcontractor invoices for payment.
*Ensure prompt gaining of authorisation for invoices.
*Perform reconciliations of supplier statements.
*Manage key suppliers in the best interest of the group.
*Provide an excellent level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders/suppliers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Right to Work in the UK.
*Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable but not essential.
*Prior Accounts Payable experience is preferred but not essential.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills.
*Basic proficiency in Excel.
