Description
Payroll and Reward Manager
*Lead the end-to-end payroll process for multiple UK and Irish payrolls.
*Manage relationships with outsourced payroll and benefits providers.
*Handle payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
*Oversee benefits administration, company car programmes, and reward initiatives.
*Support annual reward cycles, benchmarking, and compensation analysis.
*Ensure compliance with HMRC and other statutory requirements.
*Provide accurate reporting and analytics for HR and business stakeholders.
*Drive improvements in data integrity and process efficiency.
Profile
Payroll and Reward Manager
*Proven end to end payroll processing experience, ideally across a multi site environment
*Working across multiple teams - HR, Finance and engaging key stakeholders within numerous teams
*Exposure to improving benefit offerings, selecting vendors and driving change
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong team leader
*Exposure to multi function structures
*Able to commute to Maidenhead 3x per week
