Customer Relations Agent
*Contract: 12-Month
*Location: Bournemouth (Office-Based)
*Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (£5 per confirmed contract)
We are seeking a Customer Relations Agent to join our Retention & Upselling team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement, offering the potential for long-term career development.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Call existing customers on a daily basis.
*Promote and upsell services such as Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR), Food Waste Collection, WEEE Waste, Confidential Waste, Feminine Hygiene & Washroom Services, and Carbon Offset Options.
*Use tailored templates to deliver persuasive value propositions to increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
*Follow up with undecided clients via calls, emails, or SMS to close deals.
*Accurately record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
*Attend weekly performance reviews and feedback sessions to enhance sales techniques.
*Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in telesales or outbound calling.
*Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
*Energetic, resilient, and target-driven personality.
*Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Desirable:
*Knowledge of recycling or environmental services.
*Experience in B2B sales.
*Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling techniques.
