As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking to appoint a senior leader to drive the development and growth of the Corporate Finance practice. *Develop and execute client acquisition strategy and market expansion.
*Build and lead a high-performing Corporate Finance team, mentoring senior talent and developing future leaders.

This position will sit within the senior leadership team, working closely with existing partners to direct strategy, enhance market presence, and support the firm’s wider growth ambition.
What You will bring:
*Experience, ideally at Director, Partner, or senior leadership level within professional services.
*Proven history leading transactions end-to-end (M&A, fundraising, valuations, or due diligence).
*Strong technical, commercial and analytical expertise with credibility to operate at board and investor level.
Why Join our client:
*A genuine leadership opportunity with influence over strategic direction.
*Clear progression opportunities, including potential for equity/Partnership subject to experience.
