Job Description:
HR Advisor
*Annual Salary: £30,000
*Location: Portsmouth
*Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Join our client as an HR Advisor and play a vital role in supporting HR functions and fostering a positive work environment. This position is ideal for those with a strong organisational mindset and HR system experience.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
*Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
*Lead meetings with site managers to promote collaboration.
*Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
*Handle employee relations cases and maintain HR records.
*Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
*CIPD Level 3 qualification minimum; Level 5 preferred.
