Financial Planner – HNW Clients Provided | £80K + Bonus | Hybrid Role

Responsibilities As a Financial Planner, you’ll be responsible for:
* Providing holistic financial planning to HNW and UHNW clients, including advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning
* Conducting detailed fact finds and designing bespoke financial strategies
* Building long-term relationships based on trust, clarity, and exceptional client service
* Leveraging introductions to existing clients and new lead referrals to grow your client base
* Collaborating closely with in-house paraplanners and administrative support to ensure smooth client journeys
* Remaining up to date with regulatory changes and maintaining compliance standards
Requirements Essential:
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, CISI or equivalent)
* Demonstrable experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
* Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with a relationship-first approach
* Ability to manage and convert warm introductions and leads
Key Benefits & Selling Points * Salary: Up to £80,000 base salary depending on experience
* Bonus: Up to 25% annual bonus based on ongoing advice fees
* Validation: Bonus scheme is based on recurring revenue with validation set at 1.25x base salary
* Client Bank Provided: Immediate access to 40–50 existing clients, each with over £500,000 AUM
* Lead Support: High-quality, pre-qualified leads provided consistently
* Infrastructure: Full paraplanning, admin, and compliance support
* Career Development: Funded CPD, mentoring, and progression toward Chartered or leadership roles
* Work Type: Flexible hybrid model with remote and office-based working, (2–3 days in-office)
