Job Description:
Administrator
*Hourly Rate: £16.04
*Location: SE1, London
*Job Type: Temporary, Full-time (9am-5pm) 3 months
We are seeking an Facilities Administrator for an immediate start in a housing association. This role requires someone with facilities experience and proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, working under pressure, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Gather data from various stakeholders, which may be presented in different formats such as Word and Excel.
*Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel to update and manage relevant data from stakeholders.
*Utilise basic Excel functions such as sorting data and performing VLOOKUPs; ability to create graphs is beneficial.
*Liaise with stakeholders at various levels to ensure clear communication and effective data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in facilities management or a similar administrative role.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions like sorting data and VLOOKUPs; graph creation is a plus.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
*Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
*Previous experience in data gathering and spreadsheet management.
