Architectural Technologist
Location: Bedford
Salary: £30-40,000
An excellent opportunity has opened for an Architectural Technologist to join a respected, award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. The firm is recognised for delivering inventive, design-led projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. As the practice continues to expand, they are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to support a broad range of high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities
*Assist in producing accurate technical drawings and coordinated project information
*Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulation documentation
*Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and wider project team members
*Undertake site visits and provide technical input during construction stages
*Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practice
Skills & Experience
*HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or related qualification)
*Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is highly desirable
*Some exposure to residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
*Basic understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
*Strong communication, coordination, and organisational capabilities
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
