Job Description:
Employment Solicitor - 0-2 Years PQE
Location: Nottingham
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Employment Solicitor with 0 to 2 years PQE to join a growing team in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills across both contentious and non-contentious employment work, primarily acting for employer clients.
What you’ll do:
*Handle Employment Tribunal cases, redundancy and restructure matters, TUPE transfers, unfair dismissal and discrimination issues
*Draft and review contracts of employment, settlement agreements and deal with dismissals
*Work towards building and managing your own caseload
*Provide clear, practical advice tailored to client needs
*Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including webinars, newsletters and LinkedIn activity
What we’re looking for:
*Up to 2 years PQE in employment law
*Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business needs
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ambition, initiative and a proactive approach
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Team player with attention to detail and an enthusiastic personality
