IT Helpdesk Analyst | Sheffield
Salary: c£33,000
Elevation Recruitment Group’s Technology & Transformation division are recruiting an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a busy, fast-paced, well known business based in Sheffield.
*Rota shifts - hours between: Mon–Thu 07:30–17:00, Fri 07:30–16:00
*Weekend working: One in five weekends on a rota, with extra pay
This is a hands-on role providing day-to-day support across multiple offices and sites, helping a user base of 650+ people.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Analyst:
*First point of contact for IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
*Support Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Intune
*Manage user accounts, permissions, and mobile devices
*Liaise with 3rd party providers and escalate issues when needed
*Occasionally travel to offices and sites, including overnight stays
Skills & Experience needed:
*Helpdesk or IT support experience in a busy environment
*Strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 11 knowledge
*Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
*COINS ERP experience is a bonus
