Senior Residential Property Solicitor/Head of Department
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000

Capio Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established Legal 500 regional law firm that is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join one of its busy offices on a full-time basis.
This position also incorporates a local Head of Department role, offering an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership position.
The ideal person for this opportunity will:
*Have at least 4-5 PQE in residential property
*possess a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with local referrers and stakeholders
*demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, client care skills, and a collaborative team-based approach
*have a proven ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet financial targets
*be confident in adhering to compliance requirements, internal policies, and practice systems
*Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using case management systems, are essential
Please note, previous management experience is not a requirement for this role as training will be provided
