Job Description:
Accounts Administrator
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator our client on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for accuracy. You will play a key part in maintaining financial records and supporting the wider finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain and update the invoicing spreadsheet to ensure accurate records
*Invoice patients following appointments and for additional services such as blood tests
*Send debt reminders, including formal debt letters, and provide accurate debtor reporting
*Process refunds and produce associated refund reports
*Respond to internal queries promptly via Microsoft Teams
*Assist the finance team with ad hoc financial reporting tasks
* What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in finance/accounts administration or a similar role
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Xero is desirable
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
