Job Title: Amazon Marketplace Manager
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, Hybrid - 3 days in office
Start Date: December-Jan
Salary: £45,000-£50,000
The Role We are supporting a growing consumer brand in their search for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full responsibility for their Amazon Seller Central operations. This is a newly created in-house position where you will drive marketplace performance end-to-end, from listing optimisation and advertising management to stock forecasting and strategic growth initiatives across current and future markets.
Key Responsibilities * Oversee the daily management and performance of the company’s Amazon Seller Central account.

* Build, optimise, and maintain product listings to maximise visibility and conversion.

* Manage all Amazon advertising activity, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation.

* Track key performance metrics and implement improvements to drive commercial results.

* Utilise data insights to guide trading decisions and resolve operational issues.

* Support stock forecasting and collaborate with operations teams to maintain availability.

* Keep up to date with Amazon trends, algorithms, and policy changes to refine strategy.

* Brief creative teams on assets for listings, A+ Content, Storefronts, and advertising.

* Contribute strategic input into creative and promotional plans based on marketplace insights.

* Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Candidate Criteria * Recent and hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central with full accountability.

* Strong understanding of Amazon programmes, tools, and optimisation best practices.

* Proven track record managing Amazon PPC campaigns independently.

* Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

* Comfortable working cross-functionally across supply chain, marketing, and customer service.

* Commercially minded with a test-and-learn attitude.

* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

* Experience with international Amazon marketplaces is advantageous.

* Familiarity with marketplace tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a plus.
