Audit Associate

Day-to-day of the role:
*Conduct audit fieldwork and review under FRS 102 and UK GAAP.
*Prepare and review statutory accounts for group and standalone companies.
*Provide corporate tax compliance support alongside our tax department.
*Assist in ad hoc advisory work such as group restructures and due diligence.
*Engage in direct client communication, supporting the delivery of year-end and management reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in audit, with a strong understanding of FRS 102 and UK GAAP.
*Experience in preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
*Knowledge of corporate tax compliance.
*Ability to handle advisory tasks such as due diligence and group restructures.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of direct client interactions and managing client relationships.
