We have an exciting temporary opportunity for the upcoming academic year (2025/26) to join our team as a NEET Lecturer/Keyworker.
Location: Knowsley
Contract: Full-Time (36 hours per week) Mon-Fri
Hourly Rate: £30+
Your Role As a Lecturer in Foundation Learning, you will:
*Deliver high-quality education, training, and skills to college students
*Coordinate and teach Employability Skills, PSHE, and Tutorial sessions
*Support learners to achieve their goals and progress positively
What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
*A Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject area A PGCE/Cert.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (or willingness to complete within 12 months)
*GCSE English & Maths (A-C)*
*Experience in teaching and/or assessing
*A proven track record of working with disengaged young people
*Experience collaborating with external agencies and parents/carers
