Job Description:
Lettings Negotiator
*Location: Bournemouth, Office-based
*Job Type: Part-time (26 hours per week, alternate Mondays & Saturdays)
*Salary: PAYE £13.50 to £14.00 per hour; UMBRELLA £17.48 to £18.15 per hour
*Contract Type: Temporary - 13 weeks contract (3-week break in between)
Join our leading, independent sales and lettings agency known for its excellent reputation and commitment to developing win-win relationships. We are expanding our team due to continued growth in our lettings portfolio and are seeking a Lettings Assistant to work closely with our property managers.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist property managers with re-letting properties.
*Handle general tenant enquiries and viewing requests.
*Market properties to let, including calling prospective tenants, arranging viewings, and taking reservations.
*Complete references, tenancy agreements, and check-ins.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in the property industry is essential.
*Proven experience handling property enquiries and viewings.
*Strong IT and organisational skills.
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
