Qualified Finance Manager
Location: Egham (Full-time: 37.5 hours, On-site)
Job Type: Permanent
We’re working with a local business that is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join their team. If you’re a qualified finance professional with a passion for numbers and strategic thinking, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
*Prepare and finalize financial statements and reports.
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations (VAT, corporation tax).
*Manage cash flow, liquidity, and account reconciliations.
*Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
*Oversee payroll, employee expenses, and pension contributions.
Planning & Budgeting
*Support business planning and prepare detailed annual budgets.
*Develop cost analysis frameworks and identify optimization opportunities.
Management Reporting
*Create reporting frameworks for senior management.
*Deliver monthly management reports and presentations.
What We’re Looking For
*Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a corporate environment.
*Proficiency in financial reporting and payroll systems (Sage preferred).
*Full-time on-site availability in Egham.
*Must have the Right to Work in the UK (we cannot sponsor visas).
*Must be a car driver.
*Ambitious individuals ready to lead or manage teams in the future.
