This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director specialising in Integration & Separation to make a real impact within the Big 4. The role focuses on providing expert consultancy to corporate and PE clients on Joint Ventures

Description
*Lead Joint Venture projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
*Develop tailored strategies for clients, addressing their unique business challenges and goals.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive consultancy services.
*Oversee financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making during transitions.
*Advise clients on operational improvements and structural changes during mergers and acquisitions.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
*Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members within the consultancy department.
*Stay updated on industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions in strategy and change management.
Profile
A successful Management Consultant- Joint Ventures should have:
*A strong background in consultancy, with multiple deal track record.
*Experience working on complex Joint Venture integration and separation projects pre and post deal
*Proven expertise in financial analysis and operational improvements.
*Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A collaborative approach, with the ability to lead teams and mentor junior colleagues. with
