Job Description:
Collections Executive – Fully Remote - £180 Per Day - Initial 3 month contract
Davies are currently supporting a Financial Services firm who are looking to bring in a team of contractors to support their Collections team within Motor Finance. This is an opportunity to make a real difference, supporting customers with empathy and care while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Details *Start date: 5th / 12th January 2026
*Contract length: Initial 3 months
*Day rate: £180 per day (Inside IR35, via umbrella company)
*Location: Fully remote
*Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm (8-4/10-6), Saturday 9am-1pm (once per month)
What You’ll Be Doing *Speaking with customers by phone (inbound and outbound) and email to understand their circumstances by conducting affordability assessments to determine a suitable and sustainable solution.
*Identifying and assisting vulnerable customers, referring them to specialist teams when appropriate.
*Maintaining accurate records using collections software.
*Handling and escalating complaints in line with processes.
What We’re Looking For *Experience within a collections environment for a Motor Finance business (this is essential).
*Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to show real empathy.
*Resilience and professionalism when managing sensitive conversations.
*A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
