Job Description:
Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Finance Manager to work with a growing business based in Worcester - Hybrid working 3 days in the office.
Duties of the role will include:
* Managing and developing a small, growing team

* Reviewing accounts preparations, balance sheet recs, profit and loss across group

* Assist in producing the monthly and annual financial reporting requirements.

* Supervision of VAT & overseas sales tax returns.

* Involvement in improvements to internal processes and improving efficiencies within the team.

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications
* Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA

* Strong software skills

* Strong spreadsheet skills.

* Meticulous, organised, enthusiastic and hardworking.

* Staff management experience

* Able to work with a high degree of independence and as part of a multi-disciplined team.

* Strong communication skills
