Job Title: Cover Supervisor (Secondary)
Location: Across Hampshire

Pay: £100–£130 per day

What You’ll Do:
*Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects.
*Keep the classroom positive, focused, and productive.
*Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
*Support students and answer questions during lessons.
*Feedback to teaching staff on progress and any concerns.
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong communication and classroom management skills.
*Ability to engage and motivate students.
*Previous experience with young people (desirable).
*Flexible, proactive approach to covering different subjects.
*Degree-level education or relevant experience is a bonus.
