Financial Controller
Salary: Up to £80,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join my client’s team and take ownership of financial reporting and management accounting processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts.
*Lead on budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
*Oversee financial reporting in compliance with UK GAAP.
*Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
*Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in financial reporting with strong knowledge and practical application of UK GAAP.
*Demonstrated ability in budgeting and producing monthly management accounts.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
*Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
