Residential Property Paralegal
Are you a motivated Paralegal with a passion for property law? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading residential conveyancing team that specialises in the London market and across the South of England. The firm is renowned for its award-winning service and commitment to excellence.
The Role:
You will work closely with experienced Fee Earners and a supportive team to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
Responsibilities include:
*Handling your own caseload of sale and purchase files under supervision.
*Updating clients and introducers on progress.
*Raising and responding to enquiries, interrogating responses and preparing detailed client reports.
*Managing pre-exchange and completion matters.
*Ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client service throughout.
About You:
*Previous experience in a law firm environment with exposure to residential conveyancing or wider property work.
*Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*GCSE passes in English and Maths (Grade C or above); a law degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.

*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach.
*Strong time management and ability to work independently.
