Job Description:
Paraplanner – Up to £50,000 | Full-time | Hybrid Working (2 Days in Office)

As part of an expanding Advice Delivery team, this role offers the chance to work alongside talented professionals, supporting advisers and clients with high-quality technical input.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering expert support across a range of financial planning activities, including:
*Analysing client information and existing investments or policies
*Performing tax calculations and constructing tailored financial solutions
*Producing detailed suitability reports for cases of varying complexity
*Running cashflow models to support client planning
*Acting as a point of contact for technical queries from advisers and support staff
*Communicating with clients regarding research and report timelines
*Attending client meetings where appropriate
*Supporting the training and development of junior team members
*Contributing to projects aimed at improving systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes.
The ideal candidate will:
*Hold the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (working towards Chartered status is a plus)
*Have at least 3 years’ experience in a paraplanning role
*Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a broad range of financial products
*Be comfortable working with high-net-worth clients and professional connections
*Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Be highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
*Be a collaborative team player
*Have strong IT skills
Working Arrangements
This role is based in the Whiteley area, with hybrid working available. You’ll be expected to spend at least two days a week in the office, with flexibility around the remaining days. Alternative working patterns can be discussed. Flexibility is key.
