Commercial Insurance Claims Handler
Location: Lutterworth (Office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Paying up to £32,000 + Benefits
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time

The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring insurance claims are managed efficiently and effectively, providing expert advice to clients throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the first point of contact for clients making a claim, ensuring all necessary information is accurately collated and communicated to the appropriate insurer.
*Guide clients through the claims process, providing timely updates until payment or resolution.
*Communicate professionally with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
*Use a computerised office system to track and follow up on outstanding issues, such as reports and third-party details.
*Ensure clients receive fair treatment and excellent service, adhering to legal requirements, industry regulations, and company quality standards.
Additional Duties:
*Respond to enquiries from clients, brokers, and underwriters promptly and courteously, ensuring all required information is obtained and directed appropriately.
*Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
