About the RoleWe’re working with a fast-growing automotive brand that’s making a major impact in the UK market. They’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team and play a key role in supporting sales operations, dealer network performance, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities*Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics.
*Generate industry insights using market data tools.
*Coordinate communication between customers, dealers, and internal teams.
*Oversee pricing strategies for campaigns and quarterly initiatives.
*Manage inbound customer inquiries via calls and emails.
*Organise marketing events, POS materials, and sales support activities.
*Maintain CRM systems and support fleet and Motability operations.
What We’re Looking For*Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive and/or leasing industry.
*Experience in Fleet/Retail Administration and customer interaction.
*Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
*Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
*Team player with the ability to support and challenge colleagues.
