Job Description:
Senior Architect
Location: Kent
Salary: £35-40,000
Our client, a well-established RIBA-chartered practice based in Kent, is seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Architect to join their collaborative team. Specialising in sustainable architecture across residential, commercial, and education sectors, the practice is entering an exciting phase of growth with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
Requirements:
*ARB-registered Architect
*Significant experience in a UK-based architectural practice post-Part 3
*Strong design and technical detailing abilities
*Solid knowledge of UK planning processes, building regulations, and construction methods
*Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Ambitious and career-focused with a proactive approach
Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality architectural designs across all RIBA stages
*Collaborate with clients to develop innovative and sustainable solutions
*Coordinate with consultants and internal team members to ensure project success
*Contribute to technical detailing and construction documentation
*Support and mentor junior staff where appropriate
*Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution
