Job Description:
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday + every other Saturday (paid at enhanced rate)

The Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our clients dynamic engineering team. You will play a key role in ensuring our production machinery and facilities run smoothly, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring compliance with safety standards
* Support production teams with technical issues to maintain efficiency
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing process
* Work collaboratively with other engineers and departments to deliver high-quality results
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a manufacturing environment
* Strong electrical knowledge (fault finding, wiring, PLC awareness beneficial)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible approach to working hours, including every other Saturday at enhanced pay
* Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
