The Role
As a Trainee Accountant, you will gain broad experience across accounting and tax while working as part of a collaborative team. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities will include:
• Preparing accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
• Supporting clients with accounting and tax queries
• Managing multiple assignments and taking them to review stage
• Documenting work accurately and identifying progress or issues
• Building effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Developing technical knowledge through on-the-job learning and formal study
About You
• HND or Degree in a relevant subject (HNC considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and apply technical skills
• Interest in business, finance, and commercial affairs
• Team-focused approach
