Your role as Audit Manager You’ll sit at the heart of the audit function, leading assignments from planning through to completion while acting as a trusted contact for your clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:
* Guide and support junior team members, helping them grow and build confidence

* Work closely with directors to ensure audits run smoothly and deliver real value

* Manage client relationships and be seen as their go-to advisor

* Oversee the quality, progress and efficiency of audit engagements

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards while contributing to the wider success and evolution of the audit team.
What you’ll need to succeed as Audit Manager * ACA / ACCA qualified with strong audit experience in practice

* Confidence leading teams and supporting others’ development

* Strong organisation and the ability to manage deadlines without pressure

* A proactive mindset - someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems
