A Construction Consultancy who lead on Building Surveying projects, are seeking a Building Control Surveyor to lead their Building Regulation Consultancy. Whilst you work closely with their team of Surveyors and Fire Engineers, you will also lead on external enquiries.
They have been operating as the de facto Building Regulation Principal Designer on their lead design work, however you will play an important role in helping their consultancy grow, which will offer extremely good career progression.
Building Control Lead
Providing Building Safety Act (2022) and Building Regulation advise to clients and internal colleagues. You will support the in-house Building Regulation Principal Designers and ensure smooth transition towards Gateway 2 Applications. You will also work closely with a large team of Fire Engineers.
Building Control Lead
*Class 2F minimum (required)
*Experience working on HRBs (required)
*Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / RIBA / MCIAT / MICE (Required)
*Sound knowledge of Building Control/Regulations and Gateway applications (required)
