Job Title: Caretaker
Location: SO19 - Southampton
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 16:30pm & 1 day 6:30am - 15:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
*Conduct daily litter picking, sweeping, and tidying of all communal areas.
*Notify the development manager of any site issues.
*Rotate bins on collection day to ensure these are collected by the council.
*Act as custodian of the building and surrounding grounds.
*Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and safety of all public and communal areas.
*Interact courteously and professionally with residents.
*Wet wash bin store floors weekly and ensure overall hygiene and cleanliness.
*Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance and uniform at all times.
