Description
*Prepare and maintain accurate client financial accounts in compliance with regulations.
*Manage budgets and forecasts for property portfolios.
*Process payments, receipts, and reconciliations efficiently.
*Generate detailed financial reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
*Ensure all client funds are handled in accordance with relevant legislation.
*Liaise with clients to address financial queries and provide updates.
*Collaborate with property managers to ensure cohesive financial management.
*Support the year-end audit process and provide necessary documentation.
Profile
*Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
*Previous experience using QUBE is highly desirable.
*Strong knowledge of property industry financial practices.
*Experience in preparing financial reports and managing budgets.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
