Telesales Team Manager – Head Office, Peterborough
(with occasional travel to other depots)
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Manager to lead and inspire a telesales teams. Based at our client’s Head Office in Peterborough, this role offers the chance to make a real impact by driving performance and fostering a high-achieving sales culture.
As Telesales Manager, you will:
*Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results, consistently meeting KPIs and targets.
*Drive growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
*Oversee key operational tasks, including call allocation, absence management, leave authorisation, and rota coordination.
*Set and monitor team KPIs while actively engaging in daily sales activities.
*Act as a problem-solver, handling escalations and resolving challenges quickly and effectively.

What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience managing a telesales or sales team in a high-pressure environment.
*Strong ability to collaborate across departments to maximise customer service and sales opportunities.

*Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
*Flexibility to travel to other depots as required
*A full UK driving licence.
