Commercial Property Disputes Solicitor – Leeds
Amazing opportunity to join a top tier Law firm in Leeds as part of its Commercial Property Disputes team.
I’m working with a leading national law firm in Leeds that is looking to strengthen its Real Estate Litigation team with the hire of a bright Associate (1–3 years PQE).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded practice that is regularly instructed on complex, high-profile disputes for blue-chip clients. The team is especially active in cutting-edge areas, including litigation arising from the Building Safety Act 2022, so you’ll be exposed to some of the most topical work in the market.
What’s on offer?
*Competitive salary with an annual bonus of up to 35%
*Lower billable hours target (1,350) than many comparable firms, supporting work-life balance
*Hybrid working (expected office presence 40–60%)
*Generous holiday entitlement – 25 days plus bank holidays, rising to 31 with service, plus the option to buy/sell leave
*Private medical insurance via BUPA (no compulsory excess)

*A qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE in real estate litigation
*Solid experience across commercial property disputes (landlord & tenant, development, enfranchisement, building safety, etc)
*A client-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships
*Someone ambitious, collaborative and looking to develop within a top-tier team
