Description
*Prepare and manage client property portfolios with accuracy and efficiency.
*Ensure timely and correct submission of financial reports and statements.
*Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and queries.
*Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
*Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
*Manage client relationships, offering professional advice and support when required.
*Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Client Accountant should have:
*Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
*Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
