Are you a friendly, customer-focused individual who loves helping people and creating positive experiences? Reed Business Support’s client in Chatham is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their welcoming and supportive team.
The Role
As the Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play an essential part in delivering excellent service. Your duties will include:
*Handling customer enquiries via phone, and email.
*Providing clear information and resolving queries professionally
*Managing customer accounts and updating internal systems
*Processing orders, forms, and documentation accurately
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
*Supporting with general administration and office tasks
*Ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s values and customer-first approach
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous experience in customer service or an administration role
*Is confident communicating with a wide range of customers
*Is patient, approachable, and solutions-focused
*Has strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
*Enjoys working as part of a team and building positive relationships
*Is comfortable using IT systems and learning new processes
