Description
*Manage and oversee payroll systems to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
*Ensure compliance with relevant public sector policies and regulations.
*Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems.
*Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to address payroll-related queries.
*Provide technical expertise and guidance on payroll system issues.
*Prepare and present payroll reports for management review.
*Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees.
*Support system upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Profile
A successful Payroll Systems Lead should have:
*Proven experience in payroll systems (Oracle Fusion) within the public sector.
*Strong knowledge of accounting & finance principles.
*Technical expertise in payroll software and systems.
*Ability to analyse and improve payroll processes effectively.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Experience ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Job Offer
*Competitive daily rate of £600 - £650.
*3 days on site per week
