Job Description:
Hales Group currently seeking a MIG Welder to join their clients team. We’re hiring talented individuals to work on a variety of metalwork assignments, producing high-quality results in a collaborative workshop environment. My client is offering stability and the chance to grow within a respected local company.
Salary - £17.00 Per hour, which could be negotiable for the right experience.
Hours - This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
*Weld and fabricate metal structures to match specifications and tolerances.
*Use technical drawings to check and confirm all parts prior to fabrication, reporting any differences or faults.
*Work as part of a supportive team to assist with installations and on-site projects.
*Be willing to work away from home occasionally.
*Always represent the company in a professional and courteous manner on customer sites.
*Maintain a high standard of health & safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the workshop.
What We Need From You:
*MIG and/ or TIG experience.
*Strong experience in fabrication skills.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
*Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
